The land is strategically located on the south side of Highway 16A and just west of Highway 60. There is approximately 93.55 acres being developed providing fully serviced industrial lots ranging in size from one acre to six arces.
The south road connecting Hwy 60 to the Genesis Business Park and other subdivisions in the area are being built in conjunction with other adjoining subdivisions in the immediate area. The new intersection connecting Hwy 60 will be built about a quarter mile south of the Genesis Subdivision and have north/south access as illustrated in the attached brochure. The existing service access road connecting to Highway 60 is to re-connect to the new connector road and the present access to highway 60 will be closed. Servicing of the land is planned for the spring of 2009.
